Shipping & Payment

Within Canada, the estimated delivery time is approximately 5-7 business days, however this timeline may vary with the final destination. We cannot guarantee delivery time for orders outside of Canada. Please allow for 1 additional business day of processing and handling your order.

Yes, we offer free shipping for orders over $150.

Yes, we ship our products all over the globe.

Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders and that shipping rates could vary depending on your region.

Depending on which method of contact you have selected at checkout, you will either receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS with the tracking number(s).

If your order has not been shipped, we may be able to help. If you have any concerns about an order that has already been placed please send an email to: orders@apresactif.com

After your order is processed you will receive an order confirmation number on the screen and also by email. Your credit card or PayPal will be charged when your order is complete.

No, items cannot be added to an existing order once payment has been made. If your order has not shipped, we may be able to save you from paying shipping twice.  Send us an email to lkurtz@apresactif.com with any order changes.

Returns & Refunds

No, discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund.

Yes, we accept online payments. All payment processing and vital customer information is quick, easy, and secure.

Yes, return shipping costs are your responsibility. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Shipping times for exchanges may vary depending on your location. We’ll notify you once the exchange has been processed.
