How do I know when my order ships?

Depending on which method of contact you have selected at checkout, you will either receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS with the tracking number(s).

Which countries does Après Actif ship to?

All of them! We ship worldwide. 

What is the estimated shipping time?

Within Canada, the estimated delivery time is approximately 5-7 business days, however this timeline may vary with the final destination. We cannot guarantee delivery time for orders outside of Canada. Please allow for 1 additional business day of processing and handling your order.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

If your order has not been shipped, we may be able to help. If you have any concerns about an order that has already been placed please send an email to: orders@apresactif.com

How will I know that you received my order and when will the payment be deducted?

After your order is processed you will receive an order confirmation number on the screen and also by email. Your credit card or PayPal will be charged when your order is complete.

Can I add items to an existing order?

No, items cannot be added to an existing order once payment has been made. If your order has not shipped, we may be able to save you from paying shipping twice.  Send us an email to lkurtz@apresactif.com with any order changes. 

How can I cancel my order?

 Do I have to pay customs when I order from www.apresactif.com? 

Orders outside of Canada may be subject to additional taxes & duties.  

Are Après Actif garments made ethically?

Yes. We work with Canadian owned and operated manufacturing partners as well as female-owned and operated factories internationally certified by SGS Group.

Our partners adhere to specific regulations including minimum wage requirements and strict environmental standards. We take pride in maintaining an ethical and sustainable supply chain.
