Refund policy

Returns/Exchanges:

Our return/exchange policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it — tags attached. 

Sale items:
Discounted items are final sale. 
Only regular priced items may be refunded. 

How to complete your return:

1. Email us at lkurtz@apresactif.com with your request for return.
2. If your items qualify for return, you will be notified within 3-5 business days.
3. Once we receive and inspect the items, we will issue a refund.

 

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at lkurtz@apresactif.com. 


Additional Information:
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
